Our Favorite Pinellas County nondenominational wedding ceremony chapels

We’re in Florida so beach wedding ceremonies are popular! But maybe having your toes in the sand and sun in your face on your for your wedding ceremony is not your thing. An alternative option to a beach wedding ceremony is to have a nondenominational wedding ceremony at a chapel. With the heat of the summer and rainy season a chapel is a suggestion to consider when planning your Florida wedding. Here are a few Pinellas County nondenominational wedding ceremony chapels available for rent that we recommend:

St Michael’s Shrine in Tarpon Springs. This beautiful little shrine is very spiritual. Light a candle and enjoy the peace. The chapel has only a few pews and no air conditioning. It is very small, but quite beautiful. No charge is required to use the chapel for your wedding. It is just asked that a donation to be given. The chapel is just a few blocks from Tarpon Springs sponge docs. The chapel is open from 7am-6pm. The chapel ask that you notify them in advance if you would like the chapel for a wedding.

Andrew Memorial Chapel in Dunedin. This historic chapel is located by then entrance to Hammock Park and close to downtown Dunedin. The building has a charming Victorian style. They welcome all faiths and orientations. The chapel can be rented out hourly, and has seating for up to 130 people. The pews are hand carved, and has a nautical beamed ceiling.

Palm Harbor Reba Sutton White Chapel in downtown Palm Harbor is a historic 1920’s White Chapel. The chapel has a bride room and groom room available, and an adjacent reception hall if needed.

These chapels allow you to bring your own officiant to perform your wedding ceremony. You are not required to use a priest or minister. We have officiated ceremonies at all these lovely chapels. Here are a few of pictures.

Renew your vows once again with a special touch

Renew your vows once again with a special touch

Renew your vows once again with a special touch like a surprise vow renewal ceremony. Eric surprised his wife with a 10 year anniversary vow renewal on Honeymoon Island Beach, Dunedin Anniversary Vow Renewal Ceremony

When you are at a new stage of your married life after completing 2, 5, 10, 25 or even 50 years, then it’s the perfect opportunity to renew your vows once again with a special touch of a vow renewal ceremony.

This is an opportunity for both of you to really think about how you feel about your relationship, especially if the last time you exchanged vows was decades ago.

A celebratory anniversary wedding ceremony is conducted with a special touch. After all it is your wedding anniversary day. The ceremony is truly the most special part of a vow renewal. Exchanging vows with each other can make a wedding anniversary celebration even more special than it already is. Your ceremony doesn’t need to be elaborate; it can be as simple as exchanging of vows before close family and friends.

  • You can use strings of lights and candles for night celebrations, and sprinkle silver glitter, confetti and tiny white hearts on the tables.
  • Framed photos from different stages of your life together also make great centerpieces and provide a conversation starter for guests.

Where do you want to celebrate?

The vow renewal can be conducted in a house of worship, at your home, at a restaurant, on the beach, in a pretty garden or park, on a mountaintop or on a cruise—basically; anywhere that has sentimental meaning for both of you.

Choosing the right wedding officiant is one of the most important decisions you’ll make because the way your ceremony feels will be something you and your families will remember forever.  Our wedding officiants work closely with each couple to create a fully customized ceremony.

Recently we officiated a romantic 10 year anniversary vow renewal ceremony on Honeymoon Island State Park in Dunedin with a fresh rose pedal heart in the sand. Eric surprised his wife Dana with a beautiful ring and a poem,”I love my life, I love my wife. I love you here, I love you there. I love your sexy underwear.”

We truly care about all the couples we work with and work hard to ensure your wedding ceremony is amazing! We are available to plan and officiate your vow renewal ceremony. If you’re looking to Renew your vows once again with a special touch check out our vow renewal packages.

Photos are essential for any big celebration! Hire the best photographer you can afford to capture your big day.

For Eric and Dana’s vow renewal we were fortunate to have our very own Photos by George Sr. capture the surprise and celebration.

Wade and Kimberly’s Love is as True as it Gets

Wade and Kimberly celebrate their wedding anniversary every 5 years with a celebratory vow renewal ceremony. This year their 15 year anniversary happened to be while they were on vacation in Alligator Point. So they decided to have an Alligator Point vow renewal ceremony. Alligator Point is in North Florida just 45 minutes from Tallahassee which makes it a perfect place for locals and visitors to visit the Florida beach.

Wade and Kimberly are awesome people! They have four beautiful children and four big sweet dogs! When I arrived at the beach house for the vow renewal Wade introduced me to everyone, dogs and all 🙂 Bryan with Black & Hue Photography was their to capture the special celebration.

When Wade and Kimberly got married they agreed every 5 years to do a vow renewal to celebrate their marriage and remind them of the reasons they chose to marry. Each vow renewal Kimberly has worn her original wedding dress!! And she looks great in it!!

For their 15 year Alligator Point vow renewal ceremony, I made a fresh rose pedal heart in the sand out on the beach. Their kids gathered around while I officiated a celebratory ceremony. It was a lot of fun and a true honor to be a part of their celebration. Check out these awesome pictures by Black & Hue Photography .

Sand Key Park Clearwater Beach Weddings where you can get married with your toes in the sand!

Clearwater Beach is such a great place for a wedding ceremony, vow renewal or elopement. Not only is Clearwater Beach a gorgeous beach there are a number of extravagant resorts, hotels, restaurants, and things to do.

Because we love Sand Key Park Clearwater Beach weddings, we created a number of wedding special packages for Clearwater Beach ceremonies. When asked where we would suggest on Clearwater Beach to have a wedding ceremony our first recommendation is Sand Key Park. Sand Key Park is a beautiful beach park that over looks Clearwater Beach. The park is on a beautiful beach and has a lovely ambiance for a beach wedding. Their is also sufficient parking for guests. Quite often we can find a spot that isn’t too populated with beach goers to have the wedding ceremony. Depending on the size of wedding and what setups are being used a permit may be required.

There’s also a location off Mandalay Ave on Clearwater Beach that we would suggest as well.  Not as much parking is available, but has a beautiful open beach.

We have performed sunrise, sunset, vow renewal, elopements and many different types of setups ofor Sand Key Park Clearwater Beach weddings. Large or small we can provide it all. Contact Us to plan Sand Key Park Clearwater Beach Wedding.
