The beach has lovely white sand, fabulous resorts, excellent restaurants, and lots of fun things to do or not do! It is typically 30 minutes driving time to downtown Tampa.

Permits
Many locations require a wedding permit. We can help you with getting a permit for your wedding or we do have a convenient location on the north end of Clearwater Beach where we don’t need a permit. There isn’t a lot of parking at this location, but it is ideal for weddings where there won’t be a lot of guests or parking needs.
Sand Key Beach Park
Sand Key Beach Park is just south of Clearwater Beach and is another beautiful beach area with a picturesque backdrop for a beach wedding. Sand Key overlooks Clearwater Beach. Permits are required for weddings at Sand Key Beach. Sand Key does have plenty of parking and is just adjacent to Clearwater Beach. We can help you obtain a permit.
Officiant Services
Our officiant services would include performing your ceremony, notarizing your Florida marriage license, and return of marriage license. We have male and female officiants, as well as Spanish speaking.
We would send you access to our library of ceremony vow pieces on our website. There you can choose from our large selection of our prewritten ceremonies. We have religious, non-religious, simple, fun vow pieces, insertions and more.
We will correspond with you in preparing your ceremony so you know just what will be recited on your wedding day. You have the option to say your own vows as well or tell us about your love story and let us create a custom written ceremony for you.
Sunrise, Sunset or anytime in between
Sunset is typically a popular time for a wedding on Clearwater Beach. Sunset on Clearwater Beach is romantic and stunning. Sunrise ceremonies are the quietest time, and most peaceful time on Clearwater Beach.
The beaches are typically empty in the early morning. Just the soothing sound of the waves and perhaps some birds hovering over the ocean. We perform ceremonies sunrise, sunset or anytime in between.
Vow Renewal Ceremonies
“Say I Do Again” with a vow renewal ceremony. We have suggestions for surprise vow renewal ceremonies or can help you in planning a ceremony, small, intimate or a big celebration. Vow renewal ceremony is such a wonderful gift a couple can share with one another.
A vow renewal ceremony can be a truly wonderful and meaningful experience. You can write your own or let us recite a lovely ceremony for you. You can even add your children to the celebration you can guests or no guests. We have packages with officiant, rose petals, photographer, arbor setups and more.
We always have our “We Still Do and Always Will” sign for photographs. No license is required for a vow renewal ceremony. This is a time to reflect on your journey together and hopes for the future.
Then celebrate with a romantic dinner or casual dinner at one of the many dining options available on or around the surrounding area.
Attire for a Beach Wedding
Depending on the time of year that you are getting married always consider the attire that would be most comfortable for a beach wedding. In the summer months I would recommend something very light, and casual.
For men shirts, and shorts are appropriate for a beach wedding in the spring, summer, and fall. We can have cool and even cold times on the beach during the winter months.
Lightweight sundresses or something simple and elegant can complement your beach wedding. The sand can be hot in the summer months, don’t go barefoot. I would always recommend some type of sandal for your feet or foot attire not heals. If you have heals bring them for photos after!!
Convenience
We are often complimented by couples on how easy we made it for them to get married. We will send you your vows, prepare your ceremony, help you with your marriage license, we can get you a bouquet, boutonniere, arrange music, photographer, video, chairs and more, we will do all of the setup with decorations on the arbor, chairs, sand ceremony kits, candles, etc.
We will take everything and return everything, and we will return your marriage license for you. You do also have the option to return the marriage license yourself. You “Show Up and Get Married” Have a beautiful wedding in Florida, honeymoon, and vacation. Let us put everything together for you!!
When you are ready to “Save the Date” you simply need to place a $100 nonrefundable deposit to secure your date and our services. Deposit is applied to the balance. Deposits can be submitted on our website.
As soon as your deposit is received, we will contact you within 24 hours to start planning your wedding. We will send you ceremony vow pieces, and confirmation on agreed services.
In the event your date is unavailable, your deposit shall be refundable. We are always available telephone, text, email whatever works best for you to communicate with us.
